The Department is responsible for the routine work of the Institute’s personnel management. Its responsibilities include: the salaries of researchers and workers; transfer of personnel, management of personnel archives; and the routine management of the circulating post-doctoral research position.

The Office of the Committee is an administrative body subordinated to the Institute Committee of the CCP, and subject to the Committee’s leadership and direction. It is responsible for the routine work of the Committee, including the circulation of various documents and conference reports from upper levels in the name of the Committee.
